The Little Prince

This term, Year 3 pupils at Diamond Academy have been immersing themselves in drama and dance culture working alongside Drake Primary School.

On Tuesday 28th March, Year 3 went to watch the production of The Little Prince at The Carnegie and Guildhall complex with the Year 3 pupils from Drake Primary School. Pupils then travelled over to Drake Primary School on Wednesday to take part in a series of dance, drama and art workshops together lead by Protein Dance.

One pupil said:

"We have made lots of new friends and have enjoyed learning all about dance and acting, it has been so much fun." 

Drake Primary School are an Artsmark Platinum school and Diamond Academy will be working with them on many more creative opportunities in the near future - so watch this space!
